The air volume rate (amount of air streaming through the fixture) can be regulated comfortably in 5 steps.

The UVClean 500 in the range of 300-500m³ per hour and the UVClean 2000 between 600 and 2000m³ per hour.

We developped special air guide plates to minimize the noise emission. Even with the highest air flow rates, the noise emissions are very low.

The UVClean fixtures are very easy to service becaue no filters have to be changed and the UVC tubes habe a lifetime of 9000hours. Depending on dust appearance we assume only a cleaning service once a year.

If a UV tube in the air duct should be damaged, the special coating of the tubes will avoid any broken glass or harmful gas to get outside the fixture.

In contrast to other technologies using UV radiation, our systems don´t produce any harmful ozone emissions.

An especially coated reflector in the air duct enables the use of the maximum UVC radiation of the tubes to inactivate Sars-COV-2 and other microbes.

A unique light trap keeps the UVC radiation in the fixture and the UVC emissions outside are far below the allowed threshold values of DIN 15858:2017-1. There is no health risk.

The built-in mounting points and the universal bracket enable an easy and quick installation of the fixtures. You can use existing structures or floor stands with these assembly options.

UVClean fixtures only need a 220V power supply to be ready to work. They don´t need to be implemented in an existing ventilation system and clean the air on their own.

The 3 standard colors of powder coating are white, grey an black. On request - we can realize other powder coating RAL colors or an individualization with foil lettering or foil wrapping.

With the handy little wireless remote you can regulate all basic functions of the UVC fixtures very comfortably. Diverse fixtures can be merged to a group which can be controlled with just one remote.

We designed, developed and assemble all UVClean fixtures at our headquarter in Stolberg nearby Aachen, Germany. Our staff members produce, check and ship them to clean air at all locations worldwide. We can react quick to be flexible regarding delivery times and special requests.

The T models have a network interface to communicate via several protocols. It enables continuous airflow adjustment and transfer of status announcements to a main computer.

You can also integrate the UVClean system in liveshows and control engineering of your building connection using timecode, MIDI, DMX, ACN, artnet etc.

With the elbow pipes we can react on special room settings for more directive efficiency and to optimize the the air circulation.
